Responsibilities
  • Reach out to potential clients by phone, email, or social media to introduce our services and schedule appointments.
  • Keep track of appointments and make sure everything is confirmed on time.
  • Update and manage the client database with accurate information.
  • Follow up with clients to remind them of scheduled appointments or reschedule when necessary.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure they have all the information needed for successful meetings.
  • Answer questions from potential clients and provide basic information about the services we offer.
Capabilities
  • Good communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
  • Comfortable using computers and basic software (like email, calendars, and spreadsheets).
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple appointments at once.
  • Friendly and positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
  • Able to follow up and be persistent in a polite manner.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and customer service is a plus.
