  Nature of Services
  You will not be hired by Sphere Rocket VA but may be directly contracted by clients as an independent contractor for remote work.
• Application & Matching Process
  ‍All applications are free of charge.
  We do not guarantee employment or job offers.
  VA-client matching is based on availability, skills, and client preferences.
  Clients may enter into a direct contract with selected VAs.
  
  Privacy & Data Protection:
  We collect and process personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. By using this platform, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
• User Responsibilities

  Not misuse or resell any training, data, or proprietary content on this site.
  
  Modification of Terms:
  Sphere Rocket VA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• Intellectual Property
  ‍All content, branding, logos, and materials on this website are the property of Sphere Rocket VA and cannot be copied or reused without written permission. We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice for violation of these Terms.
• Limitation of Liability

• Governing Law

• No Employer-Employee Relationship
  ‍Using this platform does not create any employer-employee relationship between Sphere Rocket VA and the virtual assistants. VAs are independent contractors responsible for their own tools, time, and taxes.
