Do we need to be fluent in English?

As long as you can express yourself and can be conversational in the English language we think you should apply to be matched.

Do you have non voice positions?

All positions require you to communicate directly with your client.

What is Crystalknows?

This is only a personality test, you cannot pass or fail. Some clients consider this in the matching process.

Are you accepting Part Time Applicants?

Yes, we are now open for part-time roles (for US Time zone only).

Do you have paid training?

We do offer some training but they are not a requirement to submit an application to our matching platform. They are free and also unpaid as our matching platform is not an employer. Taking the training does not guarantee getting hired or an increased chance. It is meant to help increase your skills.

What's your working hours at Sphere Rocket?

We have a variety of shifts, however since most client companies using the matching platform looking for talent are US Based, most shifts are at night.

What is your starting rate?

Since we are a matching platform, the client companies determine their budget in the hiring process. We see starting rates on average from $3-$8 an hour depending on the position and even higher for more skilled and niched positions.

Where can I follow up my application?

Send an email to va@sphererocket.com for follow up applications. However we are upfront that with over 50,000 applications a month and only a few hundred matches, we can’t respond to everyone who may request multiple updates.

Where can I re-apply again if I fail my application?

You can re-apply after 90 days through www.spherejobs.ph/apply

Is Sphere Rocket a BPO?

Sphere Rocket Jobs platform is primarily a job matching platform to match US clients with independent contractors in the Philippines. However Sphere Rocket does have a BPO division that will sometimes use the matching platform pool for its own hiring directly to the BPO, this launches 2026. When you’re getting matched and given opportunities, it will be very clear whether the opportunity is with a client company which 95% + are as a IC or if it’s with Sphere Rocket BPO

Do we get employee benefits?

Sphere Rocket Jobs platform is primarily a job matching platform to match you with US clients as independent contractors. However, as stated in previous answers, Sphere Rocket does have a BPO division and if prospective talent is hired by the BPO division, there are government benefits provided. However less than 1% of hires are assigned to the BPO.

Is Sphere Rocket My Employer?

Sphere Rocket jobs is a matching platform and ultimately your matched client is your employer. Sphere Rocket does not have employee controls over you. However if Sphere Rocket BPO hires you, then Sphere Rocket BPO division would employ you as an Employee.

I have heard the interview process can be long?

Yes due to the high number of applications and qualified candidate many times there can be long wait times during the final interview process. Ultimately the client company chooses who they will interview and for how long. Sometimes leaving longer than desired wait times in the final interview room. While this is not something we strive for, it unfortunately does happen as we can not control the final actions of the client company.

How Does Sphere Rocket Make Money?

Sphere Rocket charges client companies in the United States as a matching platform to make a match and then charges clients long term consulting / matchmaking success fees to help support clients and your journey together!

Is there a contract with Sphere Rocket to be matched?

Yes, before you can successfully be turned over to a client company, you must sign a Connection Agreement which states the platform rules of sphere rocket matching platform and its reminders that unless you’re accepting an offer from Sphere Rocket BPO, that all matches with client companies is a working relationship between you and that client directly.
