We do offer some training but they are not a requirement to submit an application to our matching platform. They are free and also unpaid as our matching platform is not an employer. Taking the training does not guarantee getting hired or an increased chance. It is meant to help increase your skills.

We have a variety of shifts, however since most client companies using the matching platform looking for talent are US Based, most shifts are at night.

Since we are a matching platform, the client companies determine their budget in the hiring process. We see starting rates on average from $3-$8 an hour depending on the position and even higher for more skilled and niched positions.

When you’re getting matched and given opportunities, it will be very clear whether the opportunity is with a client company which 95% + are as a IC or if it’s with Sphere Rocket BPO

Sphere Rocket jobs is a matching platform and ultimately your matched client is your employer. Sphere Rocket does not have employee controls over you. However if Sphere Rocket BPO hires you, then Sphere Rocket BPO division would employ you as an Employee.

Yes due to the high number of applications and qualified candidate many times there can be long wait times during the final interview process. Ultimately the client company chooses who they will interview and for how long. Sometimes leaving longer than desired wait times in the final interview room. While this is not something we strive for, it unfortunately does happen as we can not control the final actions of the client company.

Sphere Rocket charges client companies in the United States as a matching platform to make a match and then charges clients long term consulting / matchmaking success fees to help support clients and your journey together!

Yes, before you can successfully be turned over to a client company, you must sign a Connection Agreement which states the platform rules of sphere rocket matching platform and its reminders that unless you’re accepting an offer from Sphere Rocket BPO, that all matches with client companies is a working relationship between you and that client directly.
